The Process
How we work from start to finish.
We know that planning events can be stressful and overwhelming. That is why we started this business. We want to work closely with you and your event to create a stress-free environment. Our years of experience in planning events, managing groups, and offering exceptional customer service should help you feel at ease (at least when it comes to your beverage service, that is). Step One: Reach Out to Us
It's that easy. you can click on any of our contact links throughout the website, or you can click right here, right now! Tell us a little bit about your event, what you're looking for, and anything else we need to know. After that, we'll get in touch via email or schedule a call to talk out the initial elements of your event.
Step Two: Plan and Proposal
Based on the information that we gather from your email and our initial conversations, we with put together a planned package with pricing and other info for you to view and consider. It will also include options to add-on extras for your convenience.
Step Three: Contract and Deposit
After viewing the package and plan that we put together based on your specifications, you will just need to sign the event contract and put down a 50% deposit. After you complete those two simple tasks, your spot will be reserved in our calendar and you will be on your way to a fabulously catered beverage experience!
Step Four: Upcoming Event Follow-up
We know a lot can change between planning an event, booking the event, and the actual event itself. So, before the event takes place we will reach out and check-in with you to see what has changed, how we can accommodate, and any other changes that need to be finalized before the event takes place.
Step Five: (the fun part) Tasting and Consultation
If you have selected one of our craft cocktail packages or you have specific beer/wine selections you need to know what those are gonna taste like, right?! Well, this is the day where we get together and taste through some options for your event. We also finalize details, align expectations, clarify any last questions, and finally get to see each other face to face!
Step six: Your Big Day
We show up, set up, and execute the beverage catering that you have been dreaming of. We will strive to exceed all expectations, make sure that your beverage event runs stress-free, and ensure that you and your guests leave grinning from ear to ear!
